Incompatible or number busy when dialing out

Hi All,

I created a user right to dial out using sip trunk with the user right having
Code 9N
Telephone N
Feature Dial
Line group ID 56



ARS
Code 5N;
Telephone 5N'
Feature Dial
Line Group 17

I also tried with
Code 5xxxxxx
Telephone 5N
Feature Dial
Line group ID 17

Shouldn't this work normally?

Only if the user dials 5 after the initial 9.

With this ars, you are only allowed to dial numbers starting with 5.
