Incompatible Disk Error on AVAYA IP Phones

Hello Everyone ! I am new to Avaya World.
Today i face a problem.The IP Phones connected to IP office when rebooted.
Give following errors.

1)During Boot : it says tftp error unknown.
2)After boot : when try to dial number it say incompatible disk.

The phone still ring when somebody call from outside,but when call picked no voice from other side is coming.

The phone sets are 5610SW and connected through switch.IP OFFICE is also connected to same switch.

Your help would be great for me.

After boot : when try to dial number it say incompatible disk.

It does not say that, it says "incompatible disc." which means:
incompatible number, please disconnect but that doesn't fit in the screen so it is abbreviated.

The tftp warning is because you did not set up a tftp server in the network at the ip address set in the phone.

Still there is problem

1) when some one call i hear the ringing tone but when i pick the phone i cannot hear the voice of other person.
2) Please suggest how to over the Incompatible number error.

Your help means A lot to me.

What version is your IPO on?
6.0.8 and 6.0.14 do have a nasty bug where it will go default after a change or reboot.

For the problems you describe you best contact a experienced engineer with IP Office skills.
 
I try the basic steps but i think this problem has gone out of my hand [evil]

The IP OFFICE version is 7.0(12).

The IP OFFICE IS using VCM 32/ ATM 4U base card.

But i will still try to resolve it.

Please help me if possible.
