incomming messages act like a non subscriber

Good morning all. A couple of weeks ago I started having a problem with a group of users on MM with Exchange integration. The system is acting like this group is a non-subscriber and giving the “please enter the mailbox number” message. I have made changes to the members of the group and turned on the extension on one of the members. It sounds like what is happening in this thread..

I had a girl quit and had to remove her from the group. I set up another user in the same group with the extension like the other box was setup.

Any ideas of what it takes to get this one going for them?

Well this turned out to be something a good reboot could fix guys. I think the MM products will keep you in a job for as long as their around. I did see something on the MSS server when I logged into it, that stated "An unexpected error occurred and the system was shut down". Or something to that effect. I rebooted it and everything is lovely again.
