Incomming calls blocked for sets that are locked with CCSA and SCPW..!

Hi all

We have configure IP Phones for users that want to lock their phones for making outgoing calls, the users use their SCPW password with cls CCSA but when we call the phone from external (incomming calls) we got busy tone...

If the phone was locked it can't receive incomming external calls..!!!!

Please how to resolve this ??

Now it was working...there is problem on CCS data that was set to FRE, it could be SRE...
