incomming call delay ring 1

I am getting 3-4 rings on my butt set attached to the CO line before the console rings on an incomming call. Any ideas why?

you've enabled ani/dnis trunk in the COS of the trunk

just reading through some of the posts. I haven't made that COS mistake in like 6 years!!
