Avaya Definity G3R, CM 2.2

Situation - integrating trunk between VOIP stack and Avaya, trying to create call in patterns for trunk/trunk transfer to local cell service.

Stations are created as 4 digit extensions. Trunks are set to absorb the first 3 incoming digits. If the absorption is removed, the Avaya attempts to connect after the first two digits of the switch prefix ("78" of 781 prefix) are received. There *was* a two-digit 78 set as extension, that was removed.

I have set up dialplan entries for our extension range (781x, 7 digits) and I have also set aar and ars digit conversions to strip the first 3 digits and send the remaining 4 digits as extension. This allows all 7 digits to enter the switch (as seen on trace tac) but the call still goes to the 'wrong number' announcement.

Any ideas?

- Mike
