vMCD 6.0Sp3 with Sip trunks
Incoming call goes to Nupoint Call director , Option 2 is blind transfer to ext 6002
6002 is multicall on a couple of phones
If this does not answer within 125 seconds the call recalls to the Nupoint generic message?
The time is set on the COS of the Trunk , we had it at 15 and call would recall after 15 seconds , now it lasts for 2 minutes 5 ( 125 seconds) .
I have tested with an Indial to an extension and transfer to the same destination - same thing happens ( call recalls to original extension) So this leads me to believe its more due to a trunk call being transferred than due to the Nupoint.
If the same is repeated with an internal call it keeps ringing
Is there a way of stopping the recall ?
I did try setting the Nupoint to transfer to an Acd path with a rad and then Interflow to 6002 but this call still recalled ?
I have a workaround at the moment of 1st alternative on 6002 to an Acd Path and then interflow back to 6002 .
My concern is that the other options on the Nupoint are
- transfer to an acd path and
- dial the extension of the person you want
I havent yet tested these but suspect that they too will recall
If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
