Incoming PRI Issues

I am having a issue with a PRI where incoming calls to 1 extension are receiving a fast busy. All other incoming calls seem to be working ok and dialing out on the PRI is fine. I had the CO test the line and they stated that they see the system wink and seize the trunk abut nothing answers. I am not getting anything in the error logs and I have treid to busy out and restore the Board and I am still getting the same issue. Any thoughts on this

First, what is the number of the DS1 Card?

Is this extension in the same number "RANGE" as others that are working.

Also, is this extension in your "NORMAL" routing tables?

Can you call it in house?

Yes it is in the same range as other extensions and I can call it in house

now all calls are going to the automated attendent???
 
it was a corrupt dial plan routing table.
