I'm trying to set up a new TDE100 w/ PRI trunks to forward their main number to an answering service. If I set the call forwarding using *7102 + 91508XXXXXXX#, I can call the forwarded extension internally, and it rings to the outside number. But if I attempt to call the DID of the forwarded extension, or transfer an outside call to the extension, the call does not go through. (DID calls ring busy, transfers go to voice mail)
I have enabled the FWD to CO feature for the class of service.
If anyone knows what I'm missing here, or a fix, workaround, or just a simpler way to do it, I would greatly appreciate the response.
