Incoming PPP under 4.3.3

Has anyone ever set this up before? I'm trying it for the first time. I have followed the Basic PPP Setup Guide and have done everything listed (with no errors) but I still can't establish a connection. My PC dials out and hangs on "Verifying username & password".

Any ideas?
