Hi,
we have a CS1000E Rls. 5 with four analogue lines cards.

IP lines are receiving incoming number identification OK, but analogue lines are not receiving identification. Incoming calls are coming by PRI with D-Channel.
We have checked the CLSs in analogue extensions without results.
Any suggestion?

Thanks in advance,
Victor

Do you have a class modem card? Are there any licenses for class sets? Is the set correctly programmed for class set feature?

These items are needed for caller id on analog sets.

So... do we must understand FALC cards are only interfaces between analog sets and the IP-PBX and we would need a XCMC card ??

Thanks for your response,
Victor
