Incoming Names on caller ID

Hi everyone,
I have a customer that has a BCM 50 Release2.0. They have the latest patches that Nortel released a few years back. Customer had a AT&T PRI in the system and were getting Name and Number on the incoming Caller ID. Customer just switched over to a new carrier service that is a bonded t1 with SIP trunking that is being connected to the BCM 50 as a PRI. Everything works execpt we do not see Names on the incoming caller ID. The new carrier said that they see the Name coming into them and that the BCM is not setup correctly or it does not support MCGD! Any ideas???

Your new carrier is full of it. Tell them it was working fine with AT&T, and only changed after they got the business. Tell them to fix the Damn provisioning.
