Certain user Outlook keeps hanging while sending and receiving mail. Updating of mailbox says 30 MB. Where can i find the incoming queue so that i can delete the faulty/large email message?

if the message is already in the mailbox, just logon through webmail and delete it....

OWA?
The message try to download to Outlook. Never gets to Inbox, because Outlook hangs.

Correct. Outlook hangs, not exchange. The message is already in the users mailbox on the server. It just has not been downloaded to outlook.

So, if the user uses OWA, they can see all messages in their mailbox and delete any offending messages.

Once outlook try to download mails, then that is not on queue.

You can check queues at
\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Queue

I wish it helps
