Incoming Mail Popup Problem

We recently upgraded from 5.0.11 to 6.5.2. I have the "Show a popup" turned on when new mail arrives. Works OK, but if I am in a non-Notes program, and the popup pops up, it immediately takes me to my Notes Inbox. In 5.0.11, after I hit the OK, I was brought back to the program I was working in, BUT in 6.5.2 after hitting the OK, I am still my Notes Inbox. Highly annoying, especially, if I have 10 or so programs opened on my PC, and I have to keep searching on the bottom of my screen, after each new mail arrives, to get back to the non-Notes program that I was working in.
Can this be controlled in the Preferences anywhere?

I'm pretty sure you can't change this, and it's a real pain. You could use Notes Minder instead which is less invasive, or just turn off the popup option.

Thanks very much for the feedback. I don't use the popup, but several of our users do. Yes, Minder is another way to get notification, and that's probably what I will try and sell to the users.
