Incoming from-PSTN calls BP 50

Hi to all!

I need to make a configuration in BP 50 to forward incoming PSTN calls (via ISDN BRI trunks) to network at an ACD group created in a TSW. (BP ip-networked to TSW)
I have tried in BP with Common abbreviated number, Fictive number but without success.

May I have some help ?

when,in BP50, abbreviated number is forwarded in a normal digital ext. of the TSW the scenario works fine.
When, in BP50, abbreviated number is forwarded in ACD group number of the TSW the scenario does not work.
