Incoming Email / Mail-Enabled list

I have been following this article:

I still cannot get the list to receive incoming email, I am not sure if there is a log i can look at etc..

We have a very simple setup, one Exchange 2007 server, and one WSS3 Server.

Any assistance would be much appreciated..
