We have just added a SIP trunk from Century Link, and it is doing everything we need except passing DTMF on incoming calls that is capable of working our voicemail/AA.

Outgoing calls work fine, and DTMF is passed outgoing to operate other companies voicemails/AA.
I have dtmf-relay rtp-nte in the dial-peers in my router.

I suspect Century Link isn't using RFC2833, but I would like a 2nd opinion before I go to battle with them, as knowing what they offer is NOT their strong suit.

Any advice is appreciated

If you do a ccsip debug, you should be able to see what they are providing.
