Greetings:

I have both T1 and PRI circuits hitting my switch (CM 6.3 with G650 media gateways). I have the same carrier for both circuits and no one knows why we have both T1 and PRI circuits. Carrier sends me 7 digits regardless of T1 or PRI and I have 5 digit internal numbers, which match the last 5 digits of its DID number. Recently I ported a number (333-3300) from the PRI circuit to the T1 circuit and now the number is going to station 33330 versus 33300. Carrier claims the problem is on MY side and I'm looking over individual programming to see if I missed anything for this specific DID. Does anyone have any suggestions?

PRI Incoming Call Routing: Incoming Call Handling Treatment, delete 2 digits
T1 Incoming Call Routing: Trunk absorbtion of 2 digits (page 2 of trunk programming)

DID: 333-3300
Station 33330 goes to a live 6408
Station 33300 goes to an xported 6408 (bridged to my phone fr testing)

UPDATE:
I've been playing with the trunk's number of absorbed digits and discovered removing 3 digits seems to do the trick. This indicates I'm getting 8 digits from the carrier and not 7 digits. Or possibly something else inserted like a phantom first digit? Anyone run into this before?
