incoming CO calls roll to diff extensions

electra elite ipk. phones all have individual CO lines on the lk buttons. lines only ring on recept phone, all others set to no ring. recept answers incoming calls, intercoms to person call is for, person picks up call on the line. if calls arent answered within 30 seconds, they go to vm with an option to access the directory. recept is now getting too many calls to handle at times, and too many are going to vm. is there a way to send the incoming calls to another extension if the recept doesnt get them in x number rings? i know delay ring will sort of accomplish this. just wondering if there is a another way to do it also?

I'd set delay ring on a few other extension.
