Incoming CLID

Hey guys,

I'm setting up a call center and wish to display the VDN name on the 4610 set upon receipt of a call. The DN is shown however the CLID preceed's the VDN name.
i.e. 888-888-8888 to VDN NAME

This is causing the VDN name to be cut off, is there anyway to removing the CLID from appearing from the phones top line?

Belive it or not, No..there have been many attempts to do this using shortcodes etc but none have worked :)

You could try adding LONGER_NAMES to the no user source numbers tab. See if that helps :)

Use vmpro and set up a transfer
Put in the destination and description

This will be shown first and then the number

When I google VDN's, it's come up with Definity first.
