incoming cli on MCD 5.0

Hi

When routing incoming ddi calls into the Mitel system it does show the incoming caller id. But when routing the call into the embedded voicemail via a multilevel menu node and selecting option 1 which then calls a ring group which contains 2 phones. The caller ID only shows once the call is answered. Is there a workaround so that the incoming cli is displayed whilst the phones are ringing?

I think there is a COS option for CLI on transferred calls.

There would be a COS option, must likely in the Trunk COS that you need to turn on to show the CLI.
