Incoming calls won't trigger voicemail

Hi everyone,

We're a small office that has a Norstar Meridian phone set up, but no one to really help us with any troubleshooting.

Here's my question: for a coworker and myself, we are the only ones that have the M7324B phone (she's the office manager, I'm the Marketing Coordinator), and whenever we have a call come into our extensions, it just rings and rings, and never triggers voicemail. Our other coworkers who have a different meridian phone don't have that same problem. I'm wondering if it's because we are have the "administrator" phones, and if there's a way to set it up so after a few rings, it can go to voicemail.

You need to go into programming and set the 2 extensions to FWD no answer to go to the voicemail extension after 4 rings. Its in the norstar programming under terminal and sets- Capabilities of each of the 2 extensions. Currently its set to none by the looks of it...
