I havent had alot of experience programing, so i am unsure how i should proceed to the following?

For an extension to ring for incomming lines, and it does not, do i copy settings to that ext. from the one that does allow incoming,or what? Or is it more involved?

You need to go to and download (for free!) the manuals for the system. Also look through the FAQ's there, as they cover ringing as well as other common questions.

In response to you specific question, go to Ext. 10 or 11
Feature 00
Left Intercom Twice
Right Intercom Once
Dial the extension number of the phone you want to program
The lines will light up. Press each line to toggle the ringing status, from Immediate (Steady light) to Delayed (Steady blink) to No Ring (Fast Fluttering light)
When you get them set the way you want, Feature 00 to exit

Good Luck!!

One of my clients is asking about ACD. Can any of the Partner produces be converted to ACD. The client said that their three call takers are having trouble remembering which call is the oldest and which is the newest. I explained to them that the newest is likely line one, then line 2 etc. Though they only have five incoming Iines. I felt that the closest system would be an ACD. Any thoughts?

Any help would be appreciated

Basically, No, the Partner does not have ACD.

You can look at an ASA card, with the mode set to ring. Callers will hear X number of rings on the initial call, then the ASA message, then MOH.

Your Partner users will hear ringing until they answer the call. Simply lifting the handset will give them the next call in line.
