Incoming Calls on Web-Self Administration

Hi,

I will describe the problem I faced in Steps, Hope I found a Solution Here:

1. In Attachement, ScreenShoot 1, user configured for Media Manager Web-Self Admin, in others box (not show any results when setting a
group)

2. In Attachement, ScreenShoot 2, Web-Self Admin opened and show the Recording for all extension, but just for outgoing (0 =
incoming, 1=ougoing)

3. In Attachement, ScreenShoot 3, in Media Manager All Calls are recorded incoming and outgoing.

4. In Attachment, ScreenShoot 4, in IPO Software Rls.

@AACon: Thanks for your reply.

As you see in the attachment, In Web-Self Administration:

1. not show the group recording
2. if I put extensions on others, just show outgoing calls, not incoming, ( Direction = 0 means incoming, Direction = 1 means
outgoing)
the results all are for direction 1 (outgoing), but in Web Manager, Media Manager replies to all incoming and outgoing calls.

Thanks for your reply.

I don't face a Problem with Web Manager, All the Recording is ok with incoming and outgoing.
The problem is when using the WebSelf Administration, not show any results when use groups, for extensions, just show the outgoings calls not incoming.
