incoming calls on voip as5300

Hi

I have a as5300 receiving is internet connection from a hub
the as5300 can send calls from the pbx to internet to the destination.
incoming calls from outside to the as5300 are not going in (we can not see them when we tries "as5300#sh call active voice brief"
no call can go in, i think that somthing with my configuration is wrong
can you help
