Incoming Calls on SIP trunk question

Hello all, when I have someone already on the phone and I get a second call I would like the other call to display longer or more than once. Currently I only get about 3 seconds to see who the other person is that's calling. I was thinking it could be in the COS but I didn't see anything that jumped out at me. Any ideas would be appreciated!
