Incoming calls on bcm50 are answering automatically at ext 222.

Installed a bcm50. Not using the AA but calls are answered after 4 rings by ext 221 or 222. Have AA turned off for all lines. Calls seem to be going to mail box of 222. Any info is appreciated.

If a line is told to ring at a set and the set says Forward No Answer after X amount of rings that is where the call will go.

So where do you want unanswered calls to go?
Should 222 still retain a mailbox?
Some details on the how you want it setup will help resolve.
