Hello everyone,
I am having a problem with the pairing of contacts to calls option on deskphones. Our users have configured multiple contacts in their deskphones and have enabled the option "Pair Contacts to Calls".
The issue is that when an incoming calls with a CID that is configured in a contact is coming in, the user only see the number and not the contact name. It seems like the phone does not detect that this number is in a contact.
I though the problem was the format of the CID since the call is coming in from an ISDN trunk (t0/bri) and the CID is on 9 digits (without the leading 0), the contacts are configured with a 10 digits number (the 9 digits + the leading 0).
I also tried to configure a contact with a 9 digits number but it still doesn't show the contact name.
My platform is an avaya AURA R6 with Avaya 9608G deskphones using FW 6.2313 (used in H.323 protocol). I do not have much experience with ISDN trunking so the description of the configuration might not be complete.
Anyone had this issue ?
Regards,
