Incoming Calls - NEC

The office I work for has a main office phone number and then I have my own phone number for my office. My phone rings for all incoming calls to the main office #. It was set at one time to only ring when my number was dialed directly but since I moved spots within the office, it has not and I cannot figure it out on my end. Do I need to get our phone company out to switch this service or is there something I can do on my phone settings?

What NEC system do you have?
What is your connectivity to the outside world? POTS, Centrex, PRI or Sip?
