I am running R9.1 with Voicemail Pro and have my incoming call routes directed to VM:Days with a timeprofile associated to the working hours and when out of working hours it goes to the module VM:Nights. I can see in the system status that it is sending the call to Days and Nights accordingly but when I call in from the outside to listen to my AA message and test the routing I get routed to a voicemail that requests that I enter my extension and press # instead of reading off the AA recording message. We have converted from an Embedded system to the VM Pro.

The voicemail pro app connects to the phone system and says the phone systems name

Inside the configuration I verified the IP's are all correct and that the voicemail is setup as Voicemail Pro

the day auto attendant is aadays and setup under the ICR as "VM:aadays" I have tried with and without the quotations.

I have tried changing the name to several things, I have attempted to cap the first letter, leave everything lowercase, and I tried a shortcode *888/VM Collect/"aadays" and all it does is say "You have no new messages"

I even backed everything up and then defaulted the phone system and the vm pro client and started from scratch and just keep getting the same issues. I have searched all over, has anyone run into this and gotten it fixed? My customer is f

The short code and ICR target has to match the VMPro module name.

If the module’s name is Days ICR has to be VM:Days (without quotation marks). The short code would have to be *888/VM Collect/“Days” (with quotation marks).

I reinstalled with the same file I downloaded originally and had same issue so I redownloaded the software for vmpro and reinstalled and it fixed my issues
