Incoming calls from Mobile Network - Not presenting to OWS

I have a couple of Premicells which are connected to a BTU1 route is set to RODNI to the operator 100. Incoming calls to the port are signalling the same as a single working exchange line. I've been looking at the settings in the ROCAP and RODAP.

Route 10 and 18 are connected to the Mobile carriers, Route 2 is connected to 5 BT exchange lines.

What I have found is that if I RODNI to an ADN on a digi extension it seems to work somehow.

Any help or advice much appreciated.
