Folks,
I just moved to the new office location. I had 061, 062, 063 and 064 working fine.
Now I just have 2 lines moved (another two to be). I resumed pretty much everything. However, my outgoing calls give me silence. When I dail 9, there is no dial tone.
But when I test directly connect to the phone line, it does have dial tone.
What's going on?

Incoming hunt:
061 -> 062 -> 063 -> 064

Outgoing hunt:
064 -> 063 -> 062 -> 061

I would guess that the two lines you have installed are connected to 061 and 062. The first line you will get calling out will be 064 followed by 063.

The dial 9 has the four lines in a hunt group, you will need to remove the lines from this group or just access the lines directly until you reconnect the other two lines

You have all 4 lines in pool A, put line 3 and 4 in pool B until you get them moved over and then put them back in pool A
