Hi,

I'm trying to find what is the call flow of an incoming call on system side.

I know for outgoing call is like that :

1- Phone Dials 9+xxxxx
2- NET (NPA, NXX, SPN)
3- RLI/RDB
4- FRL
5- DGT/DMI
6- ROUTE (RDB)

So what is the step from an incoming call and what will it triggered?

Thank you for your help

Kinda depends on what kind of trunking you have. Most people nowadays have PRI's. Typically they are set up for inbound and outbound on the same PRI. The trunks typically are set up DID and the inbound block of DID's match the users Ext. #. If they don't match the users Ext. # then you can create an IDC table to convert the digits. Usually inbound hunts sequentially from the lowest channel to the highest. What triggers the call routing are the digits sent from the Local Provider to the PBX.
