I just upgraded a Partner Plus 4.1 system to a Partner ACS R6.0 system that includes a 308EC R3.0 and Partner Messaging Module R6.0. My problem is that all incoming calls ring extensions only once then get transferred to ext 10. ASA and DXD are not programmed on any of the extensions (there is no card either). There is no call forwarding activated on any of the lines either. I have tried system resets, and have removed the remote access card and the backup/restore cards as well to try to erase the old programming with no success.

Second problem is that I get no Caller ID info displayed despite CID logs being activated.

Thanks in advance for any help

Solved both problems by reassigning extensions for hunt group #7. Found the answer here under the "auto answer" keyword title search. Thanks!
