Having a problem w/ a Magix where incoming calls will be answered correctly w/ TT/LS Disconnect set to NO. But as soon as I change it to yes, I can't recieve incoming calls. The phone rings, the light turns green but I can pick it up. Any suggestions?

Figure it out damn-it!

Check your HOLD DISCONNECT, if it is SHORT, change it to LONG and other wise.

It really sounds like a problem with your Service Provider.

This is a strange one.

Could be very low loop current.

Yes, that would be something to check as well.

Are these regular Telco copper POTs lines or are they Vonage or something similar?

Thanks for the replies. I was not on-site, but finally figured out that the phone was being forwarded. Ahhhh, the wonderful world of "well I don't know how that happened".

Thanks again!
