Hi everyone.
We have a IPO Server Edition , with IPO500V2, R11.0, 3 PRI ISDN lines & VoiceMail PRO.We have 1608 & 9630 terminals.
We need to block incoming caller ID to the users. We can't ask providers to do this, because we need the data for ACR.
Does anyone have any idea?

You can put the most common numbers that call you in Directory with the name Unknown. At least for these numbers, users will receive Unknown in their display, not sure what will happen in ACR.

Route the call to VM pro with a direct transfer to the final destination.

In the transfer action, you can change the CLI presented on the phone.

Or you can even use a 'basic action' and manipulate the cli.

it comes up here once in a while. Never thought that it would needed either but different strokes for different folks.

I find it amazing that it actually is possible.

Hi thanks for your answers.
The company has premium-rate telephone number , so they don't want the agents to know customer numbers.
We try to change CLI through Voicemail Pro but when the call is answered the agent can see the CLI of caller.

Can't you use .sW on the shortcode that sends the calls from the IP500 to SE?
