A colleague has just mirgrated a G3si CM1.3 to an S8800 CM5.2. The customer insists they were getting Caller ID WITH name before the migration. At this time they are only getting the number. We have verified that the programming of the trunk and incoming call route is identical to the programming in the G3. When doing a list trace of the tac for the PRI it does show no CPNname. We have contacted Telco and they too insist that they are sending the name. Anyone have any ideas on what we are missing? The calls go to a VDN first but I believe we should see the name on the incoming trunk making the VDN irrelevant.
