I have a customer with an S8300, with a PRI, and the carrier is telling the customer that caller ID with Name is turned on at the CO for them. However, when someone calls them, only the number shows up. Does anyone know what I need to do in Communication Manager to program for this? Thanks, in advance. Regards.
