Incoming caller ID with PRI

Hi-

I have a customer with an S8300, with a PRI, and the carrier is telling the customer that caller ID with Name is turned on at the CO for them. However, when someone calls them, only the number shows up. Does anyone know what I need to do in Communication Manager to program for this? Thanks, in advance. Regards.
 
incoming call handling trunk xx... "cha inc tru xx"
then you can define what you want,, different options for different numbers, digit maniputalion etc.. one field "per call cpn/bpn" has bn-only, bn-pref, cpn-only, cpn-pref, and none set it to what you want displayed..

here is a cut from one of my trunk groups,, the last entry sets the default for all numbers not specifically defined..
