We have incoming caller ID on "My Line" key 1. How do we get it on all keys, especially on virtual lines? SV8500.

Try setting ASYDL sys 1, index 0 to 1. However, you must have S2 software or higher. You might have to reset the ELC card.

ASYDL starts at 512. DISS shows 2.0 for main. We actually get Caller ID on the other lines if you press the key (Line Preferance) before you answer. We want it automatically like on the first key.

Sorry, my error, it's ASYDL sys 1 index 1248, bit 0. Try setting it to a 1. S2 software is the minimum required for this feature.

Made change. Tested. No good. Changed index back.

Circuit card must be SP-3981 16ELCN PROG-C 1A or later. ASYDL 672 bit 1 = 1, ASYDL 1248 bit 0= 1, ASYD, index 390 bit 2 = 1. This info is from the manual.
