Incoming Caller ID Name coming through but # does not

we have a ipo server edition with h323 trunk feeding the CM calls from level 3 sip trunk.

we are getting name but no number on the inbound caller ID?


any ideas of something we can check on the CM side?

the ipo trace shows the number full # hitting the h323 trunk, but on the trace on the CM side it only has the person who is calling's name..
