Hi all,

I have a multicall that is Call Forward All to my 5312 IP Set. eg. 8860(multicall) -> 8822(5312 IP Set). When an incoming call is presented my phone rings but on the display it shows "From 8860" when I answer the caller ID is shown. My question is: Can I have the Caller ID display when the phone rings instead of when it answers, I have had a play with the COS but can't seem to get it working.

If I call my DDI, caller ID is displayed correctly. I also have reroute always on a few hunt groups that behave the same as the CFA multicall. i.e "From xxxx" on my display.

System Spec:
3300 CXi
MCD4.1
Embedded PRI

regards,
sarond

This is not possible on a 5312 phone.
This works on a 5324 and above as they have extra function keys below the display.
The right hand button will become a 'toggle' key and you can toggle between the call forwarded number and the incoming CLI number
