incoming call without ringing tone!!!

i'have an MD110 with 3 TLU76 with 3 different number (for a different office)

1 TLU76 working correctly
2 TLU76 (with different carrier) have the same problem:
The caller not receive any tone (ring), but the internal phone ring.

help me!!

If it's configured by any parameter, someone can tell me how it can be configured for specific ACD group not to give ringback tone for customer?

we use that for our " OPTUS" carrier
As you have D6 set to 2 already make it 3
