Hi guys,

Just want to seek for help regarding my problem with my incoming calls.

Here's the scenario, i have 3 incoming loops 2,3 and 20. When i disabled 2 and 3. The calls get through, but when the calls goes into loop 2 and 3. It gives me a fast busy tone and get disconnected on loops.

I've conducted tests and simulations, tracked channels of the loops 2,3 and 20 when it is busy. See detail below:

Can somebody help me analyze this? Thanks in advance

Have you swapped the T1 cards to see if the problem follows the card?

Have you stated the PRI in LD 60 (Post Here)
Stat DCH in LD 96 (Post Here)

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Yes, I've already replace new DDP2 cards for isolation. but the problem still persist.

Im using DTI2 R2MF.

I'm just wondering what the value:

- I've got this in loops 2 and 3. Unsuccessfull call

SENT SZAC 1101 RECV SEIZ 0001
PDCA 1 PAD 0 0 PCML MU A

while in the loop 20 - when the call was completed i've got

SENT CONN 0101 RECV CONN 0001
PDCA 1 PAD 0 6 PCML MU A

is this make any sense?
Thanks

You need to turn on D Channel mnitoring to see what is happening and why the call gets the Busy. I think it's the Telco.

how can i do that? how can i turn on my D channel monitoring? Thanks

Do a STAT DCH in LD 96 and post here.
DO a STAT in LD 60 and post here.

To turn it on
ENL MSGI x (options) Enable the monitoring of incoming messages on D-channel x

And to turn it off
DIS MSGI x (options) Disable the monitoring of incoming messages on D-channel x

acewarlock, my incoming loops are not dch. it's only R2MF.

do i still have to post my dch stat? Thanks

I didn't see that they were DTI, it's late.

Are all 3 DTI's for the same thing and in the same Route?

yes, all of them were in the same Route? I'm just wondering, i did some test call a while ago. and it get through to my loop 3. This thing turn my heads up.

I still think this is a Telco problem. Have you STAT in LD 60
