Hi All,

Is there a way to see in Call Manager 4.0 where an incoming call gets dropped? I have several analog lines connected to a Cisco 3821 (2 FXO cards), and incoming calls on all lines are dropped randomly. Not sure where to look to see where they're dropping.

Thanks!

I have had this issue in the past with one of our remote sites and traced it to the FXO Module.
Try calling in and doing a
"Voice Call Sum" command on the router to make sure the line is hitting the router first and is supposed to go where its directed.
If it is good, if you can replace the FXO Card. That doesn't work you will want to contact the carrier to see if they can pick up any trouble on the line. Do some test calls to have the problem occur while testing with them.

I know there is meters you can buy t test, but I would start there.

Hope this helps you.
