INCOMING CALL TO PABX VIA MMAIL

I Have a remote site via VSAT/ROUTER FXS VOICE PORTS. This remote site can be accessed by two pabxs:nortel opt11 and ericsson md110 very well. There is PRI between nortel and ericsson working very well too.The two pabxs can reach each other perfectly.
The connection between router(FXS) voice ports and nortel opt11 is COT(ATDN: 760). (MMAIL PROMPT).The remote site can reach the nortel pbx and dial the nortel extension perfectly.
The problem is, the remote site cannot reach the ericsson md110 extensions through the meridian mail----("your call cannot be completed at this time, transfering you to attendant").
I want the remote site to be able to reach the ericsson md110 extensions also. Please how do i resolve this issue.

Can the site PBX where the mermail is located call the Ericson PBX? If so, you may just need to go in to Mermail and add the range of numbers to permissions.
To get to permissions:

After logging in choose opt 3 - opt 3 - then select the list number for the appropriate setting and add numbers as needed.
