Incoming call takes 10 sec when press 0 for reception

Hi,

I have definity attendent console setup when we dialin and select option press 0 for reception its takes about 10 sec to connect to attendent console, its works ok when I press 0 from internal extension.
We use to have both pc console and attendent console running at the same time now pc console is off line I am thinking is there any way we can disable pc console in definity so that calls go straight to attendent console.

Help appriciated.
