Incoming Call route and Fall Back Time

Hi Team,
is it possible to reduce the time(Seconds before transferring to Fallback) between Incoming Call Destination and Fallback Extension.
in incoming Call route i have Configured, an AA Greeting and after that Greeting it will got o the Fallback Extension automatically. but there is a Small delay before transferring to Fall Back. can we reduce that time between
 
I will assume this is embedded voicemail.
the default is set to 8
just change it to a lower number.

when an Incoming Call comes to IP Office, it first play the "Greetings" which is in Incoming Call route "Destination". after Playing this greeting for 25 Seconds, it goes to fallback Extension. Before the call goes to Fallback Extension, there is a Small Delay.. can we Avoid this..?

Again...are you using embedded voicemail.

Did you try it

Is the fallback set in the ICR route.

If so check the AA timer. Set to 8...

Reduce this...if it’s embedded voicemail.

If you are using voicemail pro,....then that could be any thing..

Exact information will always help in this case
