Hi,

We're using M1 Op 11c with Rls.22 and MMail Rls 11.

In LD 14 Trunk parameters , ATDN is defined with M-Mail port which is a welcome greeting. Now after greeting if the caller punchs in the desired extn, and there is nobody to answer the call the caller will disconnect the call , but the extn will sill go on ringing (once we observered that it was ringing for more than 30 mins)unless and untill someone off-hook and on-hook it.(Mailbox facility is not given to these extns)

But ..

1) suppose if the call landed directly on any extension (in LD 14 ATDN=extn number ) then it disconnects immediately

2) or if call comes to operator after dialing 9 for operator and operator transfers the call to particular extn and it rings there for no answer it disconnects.

seems to be timer setting problem, so I've checked all the parameters related to ring/disconnect and answer supervision etc. We have checked these analog trunks with our sevice provider as well and his Siemen's switch supports the answer supervision and other parameters.

Please suggest if any specific parameters need to be changed on M1 side or patch to be loaded which is available in PEP library to fix the problem.

Thanks in advance...!!!
