Hi I am having a problem when a incoming calls that come in and they dial our 3 digit extension they get that the extension is not valid or they get redirected to a different extension then the one they dial. For example i will dial 206 but the call will go to 205 or a different extension.

Problems I have had are with callers using cell phones or your provider is the cable company and the dtmf length handed off to the system is not long enough should be 80-100 msecs.

Also check that touch tone gate is not on. This is in the callpiolt AA section.

Thanks for the response, but when I even call from my landline it gives me the same problem. I turned on the touch tone gate from none to standard and the problem still occurs. I either get extension not valid or the call goes to This just happen after we had problems with the T1 line and had to reboot the BCM50. Any other suggestions?

Check the clock source on your PRI. I've had a couple of these boxes change my PRI parameters after a reboot.

Clock should be Primary External.
