Incoming call number to friendly name

Hi Guys

Just started a new role and I've been thrown in at the deep end!

I've got to grips with setting up extensions and ACD groups but there's something I can't work out from the manual.

We have enabled incoming caller ID on our ISDN trunks but I'd like to swap out the number displayed for something a little more friendly - e.g incoming external call from 0207111222 to display on the phones as OFFICE1 instead of the number.

Please specify which version of PBX you are programming.
It is possible on some, not on others.
